Ordering

Ordering Online

For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, through PayPal and other authorized merchant providers. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order you will be notified immediately that it has securely reached our office and will be processed and shipped. In regards to internet transaction security, we are a certified secure site, and have what is known in the industry as SSL (secure socket layer) technology. Our encryption works on a 128-bit system, which is the highest form of security available.

All online orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and major holidays may delay us a little further.

Ordering By Mail

If you prefer to order by mail you can write the items you wish to purchase on a separate piece of paper or our convenient Order Form (PDF File) Please include your name, shipping address and telephone number, along with what you wish to order. For mail orders we accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please allow up to 8 days for first class mail to reach our offices.

Ordering By Telephone

For phone orders, please have your complete order ready, along with your credit card information. Customer service is available for phone orders at 312-421-6132 from 9AM to 5PM Central Time. After these hours you may leave your order on our voice mail system for next day processing. For phone orders we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For our International customers please call 312-421-6132.

Cutoff and Shipping Times

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and major holidays may delay us a little further.

If you have selected 2nd Day and 3 Day Select services, orders must be received by 12PM Monday-Friday Central Standard Time to be shipped the same day, and Next Day orders must be received by 12PM Central Standard Time to be shipped the same day.

Friday overnight delivery via UPS will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available for an extra fee.

For emergency orders, exceptions can be accommodated.  Please call.

International Orders

Allimax® ships internationally. Refer to Shipping options below. If you have any specific questions, please call, otherwise just place your order online.

Special Orders & Requests

Sample Requests

In order to maintain low minimums and reduced prices for all our customers, we offer a free sample to the general public. If you would like a sample for review before purchasing, please review the samples category to review your options.

Add-ons and Adjustments

Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we are unable to accept adjustments or additions for your order.

Cancellations

Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we can only accept order cancellations by 1:00 PM Central Standard Time and all requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted. If you are unable to submit your order cancellation by the 1:00 PM deadline you may return the parcel after its receipt for a full and immediate refund or credit minus outbound shipping costs.

Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns

Please contact us within 7 days for any returns, shortages or replacements.

We would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation for the reason of return to help us better understand your needs and assist us in developing better products. Let us know if you want a credit card refund or an Allimax® store credit.

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally we run out of stock of particular items rather unexpectedly and we issue a "Temporarily Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice. While we may have the item in stock at the time that you placed your order, by the time it gets sent for final processing we have realized an unexpected stock deficiency.

This is due in part to a surge in orders for a particular item which reached us before your order did and this created a zero inventory for the item you wanted. While we apologize for any inconvenience surrounding out of stock items, we are sometimes obliged to issue such statements on your invoice. If you notice that an item is posted as out of stock on our website, you may simply click notify me button, and from here you may enter your e-mail address and name. Once the product is available again, we will notify you immediately. Please Note: In the event that you receive an "Out Of Stock" notice on your invoice, we simply ask that you reorder at a later date, usually within 1-2 weeks.

Backorders

Occasionally we run short of stock on particular items and issue a "Backorder" on your invoice. This occurs when you were charged and invoiced for a particular product by our customer service representatives, but by the time it enters the warehouse for fulfillment we find that the item is temporarily unavailable. In this instance we will issue a small backorder notice that clearly explains your item will ship once our stock replenishes. Fulfilling backorders generally takes 1-2 weeks.

SHIPPING

Orders and Shipping

All online orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, noting that major holidays may cause minor delays. If you wish to have an order shipped to a P.O. Box you must select USPS Priority Mail. For Alaska, HI, PR, US territories and all APO, FPO and US Territories, we ship via USPS Priority Mail and these orders are processed and shipped every 48-72 hours.

Delivery time is calculated according to actual "business days" and does not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times vary by carrier and are not guaranteed. All domestic orders within the United States typically take 2-8 days to arrive to you after your order is placed at Allimax®.

Shipping Charges

Orders shipped within the continental United States include FREE shipping and handling via USPS Priority Mail and depending on location, usually arrives in 2-8 days.

Orders shipping outside the continental United States are shipped via USPS Express Priority and are noted below and displayed in your cart during checkout.
