Shipping is very slow these days and once it leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control as to when you will receive your order. But there are some things you can do when placing your order that may help in getting your order on time.
The post office is proving to be very slow and not scanning packages. But if, when checking the status of your order, it shows a label has been created, your order is at the post office.
At this time, we do NOT recommend Free Shipping - First Class Mail. Priority Mail is a bit better but still slow. We suggest choosing UPS or FedEx, although we have found Fed Ex to also be slowing down.
Once your order is received by any of these shipping companies and you receive a tracking number, it is out of our hands. If we track it for you, we are seeing the same thing you will see if you check the tracking.
If you choose USPS, Please allow 24 hours for the USPS website to update.
Allimax is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping delays.
Once you have received your shipment notification, your package is sent to the post office, UPS or FedEx that same day. Please bring any issues with lost packages to the post office, UPS or FedEx DIRECTLY.
We are no way affiliated with USPS, UPS or Fed Ex and use their services as a customer, the same as you. But we will do our best to get you your order as quick as possible.
The holidays are coming up which means shipping is due to get even slower, so order NOW to ensure you receive you order in a timely manner.
